A Neighborhood Association gets people together to establish a sense of
community for residents. We plan and promote activities beneficial to the area and
provide a forum for discusson of local and citywide issues. A partnership is
established with the city giving neighbors a stronger voice and greater control in
improving the quality of life for themselves, their neighbors and their communities.
The Maple Park Homeowners Association is a group of residents in the Maple
Park neighborhood who have joined together to improve property values, improve
living conditions and improve the quality of life in Maple Park through focusing on
the following core objectives

Member News-
The board has decided to put out their feelers and would like to get some feedback
on our Annual House Tour, which was actually put on hold this past year. They are
looking for suggestions on weather to have the House Tour continue to be in
conjunction with the city's Oktoberfest weekend or to start a new approach and have
the tour be Holiday related and the homes decorated for the Christmas season.
We need members interested in volunteering their homes for the tour! Please
e-mail us at LakeGenevaMPHA@yahoo.com with suggestions or to offer your home
for the tour.
Do you have an interesting story on your home? We would like to start offering a
monthly feature story on a member's home. Old picture - New picture, story of
interest, past owners. Any story you think is fun reading. Email your suggestions to

Our New Year at the MPHA has us starting off with a new board of directors. They
